Please be advised that the products for sale are not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, prevent or treat any disease or health condition and are not to be considered as a medical device.

If you have any allergies or a medical condition please read the product label carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use.

By purchasing our products you accept complete responsibility to check with a professional before using any products that may interfere with drugs or medication conditions.

We recommend that people with sensitive skin perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction.

By purchasing our products the customer recognizes and accepts that some natural ingredients, essential oils in particular, may still cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals and that the seller will not be held responsible for such occurrences.

If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, do not use the ingredients that may trigger a reaction.

The customer is solely responsible for evaluating and selecting products and determining whether each product is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for the purchaser’s use and method of application.

All items / products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and the seller does not assume any liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of its products except in cases where the damage is proximately caused by a characteristic of a product that renders the product defective and that defect is attributable to the seller as defined in the relevant consumer law provided that such damage arose from a reasonably anticipated use of the product by the customer.

Any Customers that have any form of medical condition, food intolerance or food allergies we strongly recommend to please consult with your medical specialist before purchasing any food items that may have allergens or ingredients that you may be sensitive to and it is strictly advised that you read labels of individual products before purchasing the same.
